Woodbranch Park, located in Houston’s Energy Corridor, will contain two 183,000 sq ft office buildings overlooking a park with a major water feature.
Tellepsen Builders selected SCP Technology to expedite the construction process using SCP 327 at time-of-placement to ensure the concrete floor would resist moisture migration.
Applied by Vector Concepts, SCP also acted as the curing medium prior to surfacing installation. As a result, foot traffic was allowed on the concrete surface 1 hour after treatment & full construction traffic after the concrete achieved its design strength.
With zero VOC content, SCP will also contribute to the projects’ LEED Silver certification.
