Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children began work on its new Frisco campus with a ceremonial groundbreaking on Wednesday, March 19, 2016, bringing to North Texas a new five-story, 345,000-square-foot ambulatory care facility.
The campus will be located within 10 acres of a 40-acre tract at the northeast corner of Lebanon Road and the Dallas North Tollway.
Spray-Lock Concrete Protection SCP-327, applied to all new interior concrete in this facility, will permanently prevent moisture related issues. Beck and Scottish Rite will have zero delays due to high moisture in concrete when it is time to install flooring.
Any flooring or coating can be placed in only 14 days from time of pour, with our full warranty intact. SCP 327 also provides a fast and economical option to temporary roofing, and saves time on larger pours by allowing foot traffic in as little as 1 hour after application. Spray-Lock Concrete Protection is backed by a 15 year all-inclusive warranty which covers all mitigation cost, but SCP 327 has never had a failure when used on fit for purpose concrete.
SCP 327 is a Curing Medium, Hardener, Densifier, and Waterproofing product all-in-one, enabling cost deductions of other products. Other benefits include eliminating slab curl, dusting, surface cracking, spalling and freeze thaw damage.
